It's sad that a great franchise like SoulCalibur is trying to cash in on the crappy Wii game phenomenon.
I'm looking forward to it. I just hope it's more like anniversary (exploring isolated ruins) than legend (crashing a japanese party and nuclear facility).
Enough about Uncharted. If you played them, then you would realize they're two very different games. Tomb Raider is heavy on climbing platforming and puzzles, while Uncharted is very, very heavy on shoot and cover fighting with very little platforming and puzzles. Uncharted and TR: Anniversary are two of my favorite games thi...
Uh, that was like 5 years ago. She hasn't been doing that any time recently.
Have we learned nothing from "The Brain That Wouldn't Die"
@Zhuk
I just realized your gamer pic is the guy from Snatcher. I haven't played that game since I was 10. I just bought a Sega CDX so I can play Heart of The Alien. I would get Snatcher too, but everyone wants at least a $100 for it.
What about Cooking Mama, and Trauma Center?
It's almost like real life, *sigh*
Earth Defense Force is awesome. Bullet Witch isn't that bad, but nothing special. Two Worlds just wasn't meant to be on console. Project Sylpheed could be awesome if you weren't shooting text for the most part.
I'm guessing he doesn't play many games. I like Conan. I bought it and have played through it twice, but it's pretty lackluster in presentation, story, and for being a 360/PS3 title. I still think God of War II is better, but hope there will be a Conan sequel.
Well I imagine you would, Brock
I can't believe they didn't mention any of the foreign ports that no one played
Bullet Witch
Two Worlds
Project Sylpheed
Vampire Rain
Wartech
Dynasty Warriors Gundam
Earth Defense Force 2017
I played and beaten all those game's except the the two ds games.
What happened to the Overlord expansion packs that were suppose to come out last month?
I love RPG's, but when are they going to start feeling next-gen? The battle system and presentation in Lost Odyssey is so stripped down like Blue Dragon. I think the game looks good and I like the picture in picture cut scenes.
I really hope FF13 brings something new though
Flashback and Blackthorn are good games, but they're seriously just Prince of Persia in disguise
Yeah, that's the sad reality about VC. Also, I don't know what control Sony has over Chrono Trigger and Final Fantasy 6 that were released on the PS1. FF6 was released on the GBA this year, so hopefully VC is still a possibility.
In all honesty, Square should remake Chrono Trigger and Secret of Mana for Wii Ware or HD versions for PSN.
More than anything, I want Out of This World. It's such a fantastic game that was overlooked. If only Sega would make the sequel...
The Wii could've been the greatest thing this year if Nintendo released the VC games everyone wanted: Chrono Trigger, Out Of This World, Secret of Mana, Secret of Evermore, Sunset Riders, Final Fantasy 6, Clayfighters,
I just really want to play those games again
Yay, now I can drive like Britney
The only real criticism I have with the game is that there's way too many gun battles (enemies are practically around every corner and usually in mass quantity), and not enough exploring and platforming.
Let the truth be known, gamers are armed to the teeth in ancient weaponry and magic.
Confession, I have a huge collection of chinese, indian, thai, and japanese swords from my travels.
I don't think Uncharted was that chatty. It's one of the few games that had me anticipating the next cut scene.
Also, you can change the sensitivity for aiming. The hidden treasures are optional to unlock bonuses. It's tedious only if you want it to be.
He should change his title from game dork to cynical gamer
Go back to your basement, Rubber Johnny!
