Ya RDR2 did nothing for me and I just uninstalled it to make room. Got to the point of tracking the Bear I think, and kinda lost interest. Excellent game I'm sure, just not my cup of tea.
How exactly was Gears 5 panned? Care to share?

A Metacritic score of 84 is a good score, just like it was for Gears 5, both are good games. But they are entirely different games... and thank god for that.
Not at all I had a Plasma 1080p and the org PS4 looked gorgeous on that. When my Plasma died went out and got a Samsung 8000K 4K HDR and org PS4 looked like garbage on it. Picked up a PS4 Pro and it looked amazing once again on the 4K HDR TV. So not a joke at all, but not worth it if you still have a 1080p TV
Absolutely, was getting owned in CP play and when you watch the replay you can tell cause all the mouse & keyboard players replay looks skittish as hell due to mouse movement, and have ridiculous aiming head shot rate.
Once I switched it back to just console (unfortunately just PS4 and not PS4&XB1) I was in the top 3 as per usual.

PC is a different animal, and just like with XB1 games that come to PC, still an exclusive if PS4 ain't got it.
It's still exclusive...Not coming to Xbox1...That's all that matters to Sony. Still further sells PS4's and keeps existing users locked to PS4. Then PC release is a year out from PS4 release, does not have much of an effect on PS4 Death S purchases.

At the launch it is critical to have BC, but four years in to a console cycle it really does not matter all that much, just becomes a cute little feature. But if at launch I will def move to PS5, if it was not there I'd probably wait a year, for a bundle of some sort. Plus with half of games now bought digital, Sony really has no choice not to offer BC, it would look really bad for digital games not to be BC on PS5.
BC with PS1,2,3 well I don't think were gonna see that.

That is exactly what they are doing MP will be a completely different game, and are going to build on what was. It's a stellar idea. Be it free, 40$ or $60 it's going to be amazing TLOU and UC4 MP were both so good, I can't imagine what ND could do with 100% attention.
