It’s funny the list of games you listed I have either played them or planing to upon release... All of them. It’s just been an amazing gen. And I’ve been gaming for a very long time! The start of this gen thought I would totally be on XB
Ya but the cater to younger players that grow out of it, That’s why Seseame Street has worked for so long without any new episodes, there is always new players. The tail for MS and Sony are much longer from youth al the way up to people in their mid 40’s
Well last gen with halo, gears I think they did just that. But they have been played out and think XB players (most) want new experiences of a high Caliber
No one is buying PS4 blindly. It delivering in games period. If anything Xbox fans are following MS blindly, or at least those who have yet to switch. I was already to switch before the start of this gen but MS has made no move to do that. They were close with Inside but a month later it came out for PS4. The reveals of CD3 and Quantum Break had me ready but QB less than stellar and CD3 delayed then releasing subpar. Has done nothing to even pickup as a second console. But yes maybe next gen ...
Ya I can see Daygone coming in at an 85 meta, that’s fine by me. But every time they show DG it looks better, and better. True it’s just videos but so was CD3 and every time we saw one had less and less hope for it much like what happened with the Order

The Order was a great looking game, pretty good story but went off rails near end, good cover system, some of the worst AI I have seen in a long time with the half breeds, and pointless collect items. A good rental.
CD3 looks to be a good rental, easily achievable with the GamePass system.
And Gamepass is working on their fanbase. Look at this.

Seriously! I remember the E3 showing Quantum Break, CD3, and Inside and was dang I'm def going XB this time around. But a subpar QB, Inside going to PS4 a month later, and CD3 delayed and now this soooo glad I went PS4 this gen. Yaya I know could have got both consoles but I don't have that kind of time.
