I was stuck in a movie Theater so it was a pain to get a beer, was a rather captive audience member.

But when they did finally get around to it...what they showed was dope especially TLOU2 game play.

Bethesda and Ubisoft were much better
They crapped over the conference setup: The different rooms, Flute player, talking Heads while everyone was moved room to room. But the actual Game play of games no one was crapped on.

LOL not at all, not at all. Sony fans know PS5 is out in 2020. In December 2019 at a PSX or like event they will hear more about it. And the long list of games still to come out between now and at or near 2020 PS5 launch.
Dreams, Ghosts of T, TLOU2, Iron Man VR, Death Stranding, CG etc, and that's what we know of.
That's what Sony did exactly last E3, we don't need to see anymore of TLOU2 or Ghosts, CG.
Presentation was awful content was amazing.

The conference layout was awful with flute, talking heads and moving to different rooms. But what they showed in game play and games last year was amazing.
Not so. Lets say they do a PSx in December...they get all the media attension as well as gamers, I mean just look at all the press Sony got from showing up in one article, and a week before E3 showing gameplay of Death Stranding. Due to timing they squashed any major impact of what MS announced on their new system at E3.
And Death Stranding got about the 2nd amount of attention that Cyberpunk got, but CP2077 is a multi-plat game.

Ya last year with the flute, and moving people around to different rooms, and the taking heads while moving people around to the other rooms played awful as a conference. But what you saw in each room for game play was amazing. TLOU2 and Ghosts of T, Spiderman etc

An interview and game play of Death Standing equaled out the biggest moment of MS show with Cyberpunk, and that's a multi-plat game! Well played Sony, well played.
Fair nuff. I got my wife and rewound conference to show her, she said she'd watch me play the game! LOL
(All I can ever get her to play is Fighting games and Quiz Games)

TLOU2 March 2020 release on PS4 with a simultaneous PS5 launch, much like what happened with Zelda on WiiU & Switch.
Then on April 16, 2020 Cyberpunk 2077 released on PS4, PS5 XBX then in Holiday comes out on XB2

Sure they have all been excellent for PS4, but one where they forced people into different rooms while viewers had to watch talking heads at a table and watch some horrible flute player, while they showed some pretty epic game play of four games almost everyone was interested in. So some major content in a mess of a show.
No not at all why they passed on it this year.
It's just to early in the year to talk about what they have to talk about (PS5)
I'm sure we will get a PSX in December to talk about the release in 2020.
Plus they can't show PS5 projects just yet, developers have things in the works and it's better to save for end of year or even June 2020 for either E3 or PSX closer to release of PS5, otherwise you would have a MS E3 like showing. People ungrateful or...
