I've been playing the demo for a while now and it is great, it's got the sort of climbing mechanics I feel Assassins Creed should've had, they're almost flawless.
Says it all really, this is going to be a must-buy game for the PS3.
I agree, I've never seen a Chinese knock off with so much offical branding on it, I don't doubt this is real now due to what Sev has said.
Plus the more I look at it the more plausible it get's, like you can see Wifi and HDD light spaces on it etc.
I guess you're right, people are going to get what they pay for now, a cheap PS3.
People have moaned about price for ages now, I guess sacrificing quality is something Sony just had to do to lower the price.

And I think that's a mistake in their article, as AFAIK Section 8 is coming to PS3 as I've read nothing of it being cancelled.
Just because the beta is on 360 doesn't make it "fail", tbh it's the logical thing to do as it has a bigger install base, it's just like what happened with CoD: WaW.
Have you tried using Ubuntu 9.04?
Do that and then see if your opinion changes at all :)

Fair play to her too, I expected to her to be a laughing stock (like much of the audience) but she blew me away.

FF is ftw with how much it can be customised, it's the main reason why I can't bring myself to switch to Chrome/Opera.
HD in the UK is still taking off, there still isn't a lot of content tbh.
Free HD channels are few are far between, there's only BBC HD and ITV HD, both of which don't broadcast all day, ITV shows films and sports in HD and thats about it, the BBC shows a bit more but the channel doesn't broadcast 'til after 7pm.
If you pay for Sky, you get a much wider range of channels in HD, 3 or 4 movie channels, roughly the same number of sports channels and a number of document...
MI6 (not the same one as the article obviously) is the UK equivalent of the CIA, Europe doesn't have one intelligence force...it is more than one country!

Looking forward to trying this :) Been using beta build 7000 since it came out on MS's website. Had one BSOD when I first got it installed, but ever since that one blip it's been pretty much flawless!
This could well be one of MS's best OS's yet!
