Lol, not a problem, man. :)
I haven't played it yet myself, but am looking forward to trying it out, since I missed it the first time around.
I posted it because I handle a lot of the social media on our site. I may not agree with it, but everyone is entitled to their own opinion. Just because someone doesn't like a game, doesn't make their review wrong, just that they might have different tastes than you.
My suggestion: follow the reviewers that you agree with. 9 times out of 10 you'll get great game suggestions for what you might like. Ignore the others that don't you don't agree with.
...
"spicelicka" you turd burglar, now I'm going to call you out in return.
I didn't write the review. I just posted it on N4G.
The article was meant to be more humorous than anything else. Was Skyrim actually borrowing ideas from Bob Ross? No, absolutely not. But whenever mountains or vistas are used as concept art (in this case Skyrim) it's interesting to note how much Bob Ross actually got "right" in portraying them, and how good concept art follows some of the same basic pattern of development.
Thanks!
BONERZ.
It was a neat demo at the show, and used motion controls in a more "iPhone"-like way. I'd like to see this as more of a mini-game, though.
As I noted in the article: this is with the screen on, but nothing streaming to it. I'd imagine that the battery life takes a big hit once actual data is sent to it through wifi, and the rumble, audio & accelerometer are in use.
D'OH! I'd have like to get the Trilogy. I'll grab Alice, though.
That was exactly my point. Traditional splitscreen is fine with the audio issue. But, when you see one image and hear things going on that are not relevant to the screen, then the audio becomes a concern.
Separate headphones would solve this pretty easily.
I was definitely impressed with the tech, but they need to tweak the issues before then.
This may be the year that they blow the roof off of Final Fantasy announcements. I expect FFXIII Versus, FFXIII-2, and hopefully FFVII remake.
Dead Horse beaten. :(
I added in a USB charge device as a recommended piece of gear to bring along.
That's a great suggestion. Vitamin C especially!
Also, feel free to add in your tips, too. Want to make this more of an overall helpful guide. :)
We have the counterpart article up for the SNES:

We're running a 16-bit week. :) ...
Whoops! Thanks for the correction! Yes, it's supposed to be for VC. I was trigger-happy when posting. :)
Amazing, that this was continuing all this time.
I really enjoy the possibilities of hands-free controls that Kinect brings, especially for user interfaces.
And it begins.
It might have been, but this is the date that the publisher is still using as tentative. Notice no Bioshock Infinite, though. Irrational Games is still just saying 2012 without a firm date. :(
