The only asset that is new in this entire post is the Washington Wizards screenshot. The screenshot of Irving is months old.
It is misleading to say "NEW" Gameplay trailer and screen(s) because the only thing new is one screenshot. Which is hardly a reason to create a new post.
They aren't hiding anything. It is N4G that shouldn't be passing through trailers that are one month old.

It wasn't a big idea. It would have been nice to see it evolve more, but the reception was awful.
The addition of being able to transfer saves from year to year is huge. Owen Good, Sports Writer at Kotaku, said the studio was studying how to do it for 3 years.

Great point. Everyone knows by now that launch games aren't the best showcase of the new hardware. All of the development teams need more time with the new technology.
The NFL has really started to protect their shield/image with stuff like this.
One of the reasons we don't see big hits automatically result in injuries or tattoos on players.

2K willingly dropped out of the NHL market because their game performed so poorly.

He is not apart of the NFLPA and therefore Madden can't use his likeness.
Coachglass is specifically for Smartglass and probably has to do with the Microsoft/EA SPORTS partnership.
However, a Madden developer did say Madden on PS4 would eventually get their version of CoachGlass.
Your life will be complete once you realize that this conversation does not matter. People are different. People will like different consoles for different reasons.

Scrolling through the comments and reading some mixed reactions. In my opinion, the game looks great up close. However, you have to remember that the screenshots are in replay mode.
It will not look this great from the player perspective because you will lose the details.
That was definitely the biggest jump in my eyes. The detail on X1/PS4 is incredible though.
That would be very interesting to see. I always thought it would be interesting to have an 11 on 11 football game online.
Although, the blocking would need an overhaul for offensive/defensive line positions to be enjoyable.
I hope we start to see a move toward this...dedicated servers on next gen should help.
