We added a comparison shot from Madden 25 on PS4. Pretty amazing jump.

I do the same thing. It is difficult to adjust to, but I think it is more rewarding once you get it down.

It seems like they are really putting the focus of the game on exploration and discovering weapons and gear rather than leveling up and automatically receiving them.
