"Nope" says "Miyamoto." You're just a fanboy, one of those "X company/franchise/developer can do no wrong and are perfect as-is!" types. Fact is, I'd love an M rated Metroid and Fire Emblem, and Teen rated Golden Sun and F-Zero, and I am not alone. I'd love to not be treated like a child by Nintendo with their censorship and restrictive online interaction (or the lack thereof). It would please many of us greatly if Nintendo would simply market to us a...
Absolutely. It doesn't mean they need to cater exclusively to adults or even teens, but it's almost like they don't acknowledge that their fanbase consists much of their original fans; you know, people in their late 20's and early 30's (some even older) who grew up with Nintendo. Give us a nod once in a while, a spinoff with a darker twist here and there (Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door sort of scratched that itch, for example), or a new franchise for us, maybe re-inve...
As a teenager when they were released I can certainly understand why you'd have zero interest in them, they only really appealed to children, tweens at most. I was 11 so Spyro was pretty cool to me. However, I don't like Barney or Spyro or G.I Joe or Curious George or Power Rangers anymore, they're cool for nostalgia, but who really wants to engage with that stuff as grown men? It's certainly not as bad as those Bronies, but some things are made for kids, not "everyone&qu...
Aside from nostalgia, Spyro has no place in modern gaming for us who grew up with it aside from perhaps introducing it to the next generation. I know that I have no interest in the series as a gamer anymore. It is not like Mario or Sonic where I can replay it as an adult and not feel autistic, unlike Crash and Spyro. I feel like something about Mario and Sonic is more timeless, for everyone.
To each their own, though, and bring the disagrees.
Too bad this is not for Vita. Why bring trash like Deadman's Cross but not this? I will never understand companies.
This honestly doesn't look too good but Guacamelee was great, as was Tales from Space, so I trust the developers, and to be fair, neither of those were immediately appealing to me either, so I think I may enjoy this as well.
That's the classic response, can't you be more original? It's always one or more of the three; bigot, closeted homosexual, and/or "fundie" (if applicable).
So sorry, no, I don't have a mental illness. Also, I should note that your grammar is terrible, I do better without even trying. Why would you put a question mark at the end of a statement? LOL.
Here's a little something you said in a different topic:
"A ...
The cross dressing and dates between men were jokes in Final Fantasy, back when it was okay to mock LGBT (good ol' days prior to SJWs having a stranglehold on society).
FFXV can shove its "bromance" where the sun don't shine.
FF doesn't change the tur-based combat, that has always been a staple of the series. This game was a spinoff and they slapped the name "XV" onto it, that's all. This series has been trash after X anyway.
This can't appeal to JRPG fans--it isn't a JRPG. It's a hack & slash open world game. It may be decent in its own right but it is undeserving of the title it has received. And I won't even bother arguing what a JRPG is, it doesn't mat...
No, it is not. Although the negative articles certainly don't help. Kickstarter is an invaluable boon to gamers and developers alike and we're trashing it, it's f***ing disgusting. A few bad apples don't ruin the batch (and no, it IS just a FEW bad ones as the majority are legit).
Fod makes the BEST commercials, they must have some nerds up in the executive meetings. Between this and the DBZ commercials they're my preferred commercials lol.
Take THAT Jack Bauer, you're not the voice of Snake, bitch.
I'm already crying, this series is trash post-X. The s***ty combat is enough to make me cry, the other problems are icing on the cake.
That would be the only good thing about FFXV, having a cameo of a character from a good FF.
The series is like that across all the games with the exception of one or two regardless of system, they just don't port them for some reason. Doesn't mean they won't, they just tend not to.
"No, you're the example of what the kind of "fans" the author was talking about!"
Problem is that you're brainwashed like the author.
"Again; blowing Nintendo's situation out of proportion."
They haven't made a good home console since NGC. If anything I am understating their issues. Sure, Wii & Wii U have some good games, but not nearly as many as any systems that came before them. They'r...
I knew "same sex marriage" would be one of the reasons listed for this game being better than Harvest Moon, it's why I clicked it in the first place, to test my intuition. I absolutely knew this was a thinly veiled LGBT article.
Sure, Harvest Moon is inferior because it doesn't promote the gay agenda, right. I don't think so. The worst of the Harvest Moon series is still leagues above this copycat.
People were complaining about Street Fighter's V's lack of content; at least the game was FINISHED.
I'll finally get this now that the core features are actually in place, and hopefully it gets ported to PlayStation.
Well, that's why his videos are well made but it's also why his J&MMs make him look like a little kid playing games for the first time. Oh well, as long as I get my entertainment he can suck as much as he wants at games lol.
I guess it is a nice option but why would anyone bother unless they cannot afford a Vita? Fantastic physical controls will always beat any alternative.
As others already stated, they can financially afford it but it would be the end of their home console presence entirely. Sales have been in a downward spiral since the beginning with, Virtual Boy and Wii being the only two extremes to occur, the rest is a consistent pattern of "worse but not a lot worse" and now they're stuck with the end result of that pattern overe the last 30 years; Wii U, a bomb.
I do think they can make a comeback eventually after NX (if i...
