My God. It's crap.
The 3DS has some great games, but to call the 3D graphics "impressive" is quite a stretch.
It's not Master Chief, it's actually Spartan 1337. But I do get your joke.
I love how GoW de-sexualizes nudity.
Looks like they're made by Double Fine.
As long as it's vague and not essentially an X ray vision, I don't mind. But I have a feeling it'll be too exact.
I tend to pre-order quite a few games a year online, but that's because I then get them for half the price they're sold for where I live.
Link being blonde is a good thing, there are too many dark-haired leads in gaming. This is an amusing article, and doesn't take itself very serious.
Polyphony has their work cut out for them. But shiny graphics is only worth something if it scales well to lesser hardware as not everyone have a gaming PC. Let's hope the physics, audio and presentation hold up.
GT5 had the physics, but lacked in most other fields with it's ridiculously mixed visuals, crap menus and with most cars sounding the same after upgrades. I'm cautiously optimistic for GT6.
Consoles are not built with a very modular design to cut costs. But if one was, and you could somehow upgrade the memory, then it would have to be bundled with a lot of games or something, as having a split userbase is a terrible idea. Upgrading a processor sounds borderline impossible to pull off realistically.
Moving from a mechanical HDD to SSD however...
Impressive.

It looks good, but not like anything that can't be done with other current engines. UE3 isn't a very impressive engine (good performance on mid and low range PCs though), but let's hope they've worked out MSAA this time.
He made it sound central-European instead of Nordic, but then the words aren't similar to Nordic ones anyway. I wonder how much he makes on this, because you'd think he could put his talent to better use.
I'd take cartridges instead.
Let's say Cage knows the specifics about the PS4. Having previously said he doesn't care about having more power, this suggests it does have a new controller or something like some rumours claim.
That's impossible considering the Vitas screen is only a quarter HD, a quarter of a quarter of 4K. So your hopes are founded in dreams.
Next gen should be about more then how many floaters can be operated each second if it's to hold up against PCs and the mobile market.
@ bicfitness, I think a cheaper model is more likely. But no matter, storage should have been built in from the start.
Best of both worlds. Get to play it at launch and with improved visuals later. And did I forget to tell that you get the PS4 version for free as it's on the same 50GB disc?
Blu-Ray alone makes the PS3 a better media player.
