I'd say I had the most fun with Nintendo's offerings this year and feel they put out the most quality and quantity
With what the switch got this year I agree, many much more deserving candidates
I had fun with it for a few hours but It didn't grip me enough to play more. It's gorgeous however
This is one of the worst takes I've seen on this website in a long time if it isn't a troll
Gotta love people making articles that they themselves don't believe just to get clicks and get the inevitable "Only Nintendo games get these articles" comments. They know it will be a hit on forum sites with fanboys arguing about it so in the future just ignore shit like this
Coming from someone who has Bravely Default as one of their favourite games in the past decade as well as FF7 preordered for clarifcation sakes
I thought they were announcing an xbox mini PC or something... Crazy how nothing about it leaked before hand
Would have prefer they keep the name as Scarlett honestly
Pretty good for a new IP, I think Kojima is going to be happy with that
I see this argument for the Wii U brought up a lot but other than a select handful of exclusives (Mario kart, smash, mario maker, etc) the Wii U did not have the best exclusives out there. Mario Bros U is generic and the safest mario game to date, Captain toad was average, Mario tennis was bad, Animal crossing spinoff sucked, starfox was severely average. I could go on but it lacked the quality the Switch has had (With no major misfires since ARMS which still sold well).

Code vein and astral chain for me, I loved both so much with an honourable mention to Death stranding. All great experiences this gen that I hope get next gen sequels
Such a unique experience, one of favourites this gen
I don't think you understand how game development works at all
Microsoft came prepared with industry connections and a huge back catalogue of games. Stadia meanwhile, came with a mediocre port of MK11 without the Krypt mode..
It's thehardtimes how did someone believe this...
Boggles my mind how some people create multiple accounts just to bring down a games score, like how do you not have anything better to do
I'd bloody hope so considering they produced it for 11 years and the switch has been out 3. Silly point
When I visited Japan back in June I can't count how many switch systems I saw on the train. I see a fair few on my commute to London too which is great to see and huge for Nintendo going forward
Ehh the good deal is still debatable. Nintendo has been drip feeding their classic games since the Wii and people are just tired of them. There is only so many times you can get excited for Mario 3 and Excitebike.
Still hope they get around to gamecube/Wii games eventually but it's unlikely
N64 games to me have aged really poorly as well. Playing something like Perfect Dark nowadays is more of a chore than a groundbreaking shooter. Meanwhile whilst none of them have aged incredibly well, I can still go back and play an RPG or something like destruction derby on the PS1 and have a good time
The PSP is one of my favourite handhelds as is the Vita so I'm sad to see it stop. The PSP really pushed handheld gaming for the time
I would love a P4G port to switch instead of P5 personally considering I played through P5 more recently. Persona 4 is my favourite in the series
