I have gotten both my PS4 and Xbox One and the both work wonderfully. I feel super bad for those who got either system just to find out it has issues. Hopefully, they will big fixed and working for you again soon.
Or just play the system that has far less frame drops.
Love my PS4 but I will only agree with this if they find a way to stop the fps drops.. I'll takers a lower resolution for a rock solid frame rate i get headaches otherwise.
oh, I don't care much about the WiiU.. Nothing that really interest me is coming out any time soon... but the 3DSXL looks exciting.
So I wonder.. I had a WiiU.. but I sold it.. I'm about to buy a 3DS XL... I wonder if I can recover my profile on my new 3dsxl
Yep, getting both consoles and super stoked. However, my only issue with PS4 is that the UI seems very meh from what I have seen thus far..... but with it being a bit more powerful i'm sure i'll get over it.
No I think it's just someone who was involved in making gears, promoting their game. I wouldn't read to much into it.
People seem to blowing this tweet, waaay out of proportion.
I wonder if things like this will start to become more common. I mean at this point you are making "in same cases" as many as 5 different versions of the same game - 360, PS3, Xbox One, PS4, WiiU. All of which have different development tools and tricks to get them to run well. I'd have to think this is going to mean that games will be tested for bugs less and more issues will slip through the cracks. Kind of scary if you think about it.
NSA spy camera..? What you mean like every laptop/PC/Cellphone out there? Tin foil hat engage
@Yo Mama, it's not the same picture, you can go to digital foundry and see that clearly for yourself. It seems that even though the PS4 has high resolution of 1080p and things look better in the distance the Xbox One looks as if the texture work is clearer for up close objects but horrible for distant objects.
I actually thought the Xbox One looked better then the PS4 in the single player portion... Something with the lighting or higher quality textures. I can't put my finger on it.. Still getting it for PS4 as that is the first system i'm buying.
@black0o Some of us prefer to use rechargeable AA ya know, so when the batteries die we don't have to throw the controller away and spend another $60. Just sayin.
Lol mine says there is a kiosk at an ATM... strange.
Na it will be fine against either of those games. A) Because those are both console exclusives and this is multiplat. B) Infamous is great, I have both of em but it's never been a "Killer" app for Sony. I love the game, have them both and I have Infamous pre-ordered but it's never been a system seller.
Everything went and it payed from my PS4 and my Xbox One!
@Swadian_Grognard many current gen PS3 games, examples being GTA 5 at 18GB, MGS 4 is about 32GB compressed. Those are quite bit for current gen and with next gen assets being a higher resolution you can expect quite a bit of an increase in file size to a low 20gb and then up from there. So potentially if you have an internet cap of 50 gb you could only download 2 games in a month.
Music cd's are not 50 GB+ With internet caps you are lucky to download "A" game per-month
Family Sharing - Confirmed by MS Reddit, no way to know if this is true or not
Region Locked - Meh
Kinect Required - Meh
Power via the Cloud - There is "some" merit to this, even if it's just computational number crunching to provide various life like AI behaviors
No-Self Publishing - Again meh, who buys consoles to play Indies, we have PC's for that
No resale of games - Can't do that o...
Only things I like my Xbox One over my PS4 are the UI, I find the PS4's to be rather boring and the fact that the Xbox One has 5 ghz WiFi unlike the PS4's only 2.4 ghz. Other than that I prefer the controller, look, and native 1080p
