Look at the ports the 3Ds have gotten like Mgs 3D or Splinter Cell 3D or spiderman or Rayman 3D. First off Nintendo is VERY well known not to have too much support from 3rd parties.
Also Vita has a very easy Arch to work with since it uses very similar tech to mobile phones. (quad core ARM and the ipad 4's GPU to be more accurate)
The Vita has already been well known to be the home of indie games. That being said Sony has created a very affordable and comfortable environment for Indie Devs.

I give the nod to Xbox one, but I'm shocked how good the Ps3 GT 6 looks.
You see more reflections and grass details on the Forza, but I think GT 6 does't hve baked light...don't quote me on that!.
Either way I expect Forza 6 to look MUCH better, these results are too close to justify the next gen.

When you need to purchase a 3Rd party item, it is not EASILY modified.
Also the PSP has emulators and NUMEROUS fan made homebrew games, and more! It's not just about playing free retail games, it's about the fact that it's almost an open source system (thought technically it aint).
I dont know where your getting 7,000 from the results above I see the PSP has a lead over DS at least for these sales (ofc not overall). ...

Clearly you don't know much about PSP or Vita.
PSP still has a cult following due to easy modification and niche games (especially JRPGs)
Vita is going to pick up soon with Sony working on Remote play and improving latency times (most likely we'll see this through USB connection, or possibly Wireless connection STRAIGHT to the PS4 (stronger at least)).
