Manufacturing costs maybe low, but Sony and Microsoft may have sold these consoles at a lost for the first few years. In addition, now that cost are down, Sony and Microsoft may not lower the price because they are trying to earn profits from each console sold?

Ive already pre-ordered mine. But i was hoping they would included Crisis Core into the FFVII remake. This would have given first time players the context and back story of Cloud, Sephiroth, Aerith, and Tifa's story and how they got to where they are in the FFVII game.

Fast travel is very convenient especially for a game like tomb raider and final fantasy 12.

Did anyone told "Platinum Boss" its not the console but more the game developers to determine how great a game can play and look on the console. Look at what Sony first party studios have done for the PS4. Sony's studios have been pushing the limitation of their consoles since the PS2 days.

They dont want to increase the rate of End game rewards because the game have very little content and this is a loop hole to get people to continue playing.
Streaming is only going to get you so far. Why? because bandwidth and access to high speed internet. Think about this, you pay a premium already to have high speed internet (may come with a bandwidth cap). The biggest issue i have is that not everyone have access to high speed internet, especially when it comes to streaming top notch games. This in my opinion will be the bottle neck for game streaming services. On top of that, you pay subscription fee to play Microsoft, sony, or EA games.
