Well that depends... How old are you? if you are older then me, you have a case. But if you're not I will be counter sueing you. I will also sue you for living as well. Because if im older, that means i lived first so i have that right.
These patent lawsuit are getting ridiculous. Apple suing Samsung for rounded corners on their smartphones. I didnt know shapes can be patented. Now dual screens are patented too? They should sue me then, because I'm running dual screens at my office, my home, and even in my car.

1. Titanfall is not on the PS4.
Remember that Sony platforms seems to be more focused on single player aspect. More so then Microsoft platform. I beleieve if it was to be made for the Vita, Sony would have wanted a single player campaign. Because you're right. There's no point of pushing an online game only onto a handheld game. But I would have loved to see how the PS Vita could handle an online game only.
Dont forget that the PS vita is starting to pick up steam in Japan. Its starting to produce impressive numbers consistently. U.S and Europe sales are not that great but once better exclusive start rolling in. Hopefully it will pick up.

Your first sentence...WTH??? EA is probably kicking themself in the butt for making the exclusive deal with Microsoft. If EA released Titanfall on the PS4, it could've rivaled COD and Battlfield. But that ship has sailed.
Titanfall has affected PS4 sales as much as COD DLCs releasing on the PS3 a month later then the xbox 360 affect the ps3 sales. Which in these cases...zero. Regardless of xbox360 COD exclusive deals Sony PS3 was able to surpass the Xbox360 total sales. Titanfall is a good game but it brings nothing new to the genre. I played my friends Xbox One version. Its fun but for me it doesnt have that same fun factor when compared to the Modern warfare.
50 hours without side quest is well worth the 40 dollars. They dont make games like this anymore.
Dont know why, But I've finally dodged 200 lightnings. After I did that. I saved the game and placed my PS vita in the drawer and have not touched it since. That was 2 weeks ago.
If I get banned from my xbox 360, ps3, ps4, or PS vita. If all my trophies and games got wiped out, to me that is, "Challenge Accepted".

Take Tomb Raider the Definite Edition as a model. It sold fairly well considering it was a re-release.

All the guys you listed were all trained and came out of the Shaolin Temple. Jet Li and Jacky Wu starte at a very young age. Donnie Yen join the shaolin temple when he was in his early teens.
These three guys and Tony Jaa did not train for 5-6 years they trained almost their entire life in martial arts. Some of the MMA and UFC guys you see today trained only a 3-5 years and enter the tournament. You're telling me the three guys you mention will lose in a stan...
