I know tablet will be stronger than consoles. Look at some of the laptops, some of them are a lot stronger than the PS4.
However, regardless of how stronger a tablet is, i will never play games like uncharted, halo, god of war, gran turismo, etc... on a tablet. No dedicated controller, the immersion is missing, and the accuracy and reaction time on a tablet pale in comparision to a dedicated game controller.

Games that uses QTE's can be boring but if its done right it can be very good. Especially a game that is story driven. A good example of a QTE heavy game is Heavy Rain. The majority of the gameplay was QTE, but i enjoyed not for the gameplay but for the story.

if you're a sniper, Camping is forgiven. Who the hell run and gun with a sniper rifle? If you're a sniper, you're already at disadvantage so to make the playing field even, snipers needs to camp. If you're camping with any other guns then you deserve to shoot yourself.

Not true. PS1 and PS2 were declared winners back in the days. Once PS3 and Xbox360 stopped being produce and the final sales numbers are in, then we will know who is the true winner for that gen. The Ps3 and Xbox360 are an exception because they are so close in sales numbers.
A true winner can be declared if the competitor runs away with the sale numbers. Currently the PS4 have over 7 million consoles more than the X1 but it still early in the gen.
The author probably got caught by his wife when he wakes up in the middle of the night to play games. A good example of these games are the COD and Assassins creed games. Players will have player fatigue towards these games. The other problem is that, these annual releases doesnt really introduce anything really new to its annual sequels.

1. Not having enough money to buy all the games I would like to play.
Its similar to how company release the number of software sold, number of subscriptions they have but never release the number of consoles they sold. Registered numbers are probably bigger than active users. So by reporting this, it "looks" better.

I understand that he's talking about raw power. Hell, some are even claiming that smart phones will be more powerful than PS4 and xbox one. I guess what I'm saying is that regardless of how strong these mobile devices are, i dont think i will ever feel comfortable playing the games i mention above on these devices.
