I don't think they necessarily think piracy is a good thing, I just think they take into account how many times companies have tried to squash piracy in the court room and the fact that they have never succeeded.
The size of the company doesn't matter, it's how many bullshit laws that hackers have to hide behind that counts.

As far as I understand it, basically it's embedded into the system as well as all games. So, if they change it on the system, all old games won't work.

So... redoing the majority of the old world in both appearance and quests as well as expanding the world with several new zones, 2 new races, different class/race combinations, dungeons, and new mechanics isn't changing much? Because you obviously aren't looking properly. There's been tonnes of in game videos that have found their way to this site. As for this video, I doubt he did it first time and recording every attempt would have been a pain. Much easier to just save the replay of you actually pulling it off and recording that after than having to record every attempt and delete a load of botched tries.

LOL you are one stupid troll. I have the game and in replay mode the HUD is massively different to this one (which is the in-game HUD). Plus he gets a trophy... called speed demon. Which is to go over 400km/h. Why on earth would you get that in replay mode? Here's a hint, (since you're obviously mentally challenged) you wouldn't. Try again, troll.

EDIT: scratch that, it's a canadian dev team, isn't it? I always think they're based in Europe since half of the guys you see in interviews for the game are from Europe. My original point still stands, though.
