I can see where you are coming from J-Blaze. They make the main character look pretty realistic on the cover compared to everyone else. However, if you watch the game play she is very pretty and looks real enough without the two to compare side by side.
Ps3 and the 360 look identical. The Wii U however, seems to be missing some lighting. I mean its a small detail but it takes away from the realism of the world. In the car scene you can see the light hitting the dashboard and on the Wii U it disappears. Of course there are other scenes where this is a problem. That one is the most easily recognized
After 10 I just couldnt get attached to any of the characters. This drawing might as well have been a blank piece of paper to (ME). Granted Lightning makes some good eye candy for cosplay.... Besides that she is an emotionless character.

I'm glad the character concept changed a little since the announcement. He doesn't look like a little punk anymore. Combat looks solid. That's why I played DMC in the first place. The only one I thought had a good story was DMC 3. Hopefully this one can top that.

I think Robin (Tim Drake) is an awesome addition. Perfect Robin to show off how dark of a game it is going to be. I agree that it shouldn't matter where but I think its a good bonus for preorders. Anyone know if the U.S. is getting a special character?

I just realized maybe FF13 wasnt that bad. To me it was on the same level as FF9 and FF12. Which TO ME are the 3 worst FF's ever made. However maybe that is the problem. All the other FFs were out standing (barring FFx-2 because that monstrosity doesnt count as an FF GAME). Maybe its the Gay hero factor in those games. However if WoW is not your cup of tea this game is a warhammer upgrade. I plan on lvling up off of mostly pvp. They have pvp souls you can unlock to further customize your character. Switching souls is fast and easy so if you are in a raid and you wanna aoe POOF in 3 seconds you are now aoe spec. Hopefully we get open world pvp in Beta5. That is gonna be the deciding factor in this game for me. The dungeons are good and so is the loot you get from them. This is not like aion what so ev...

You wanted the Cole from part one *semi spoilers* (lost his loved ones to you know who, forced to deal with changes he never asked for, and BETRAYED BY EVERYONE INCLUDING you know who) to a character that was modeled after Tony Hawk (happy go lucky voice and positive appearance). That would have made no sense.
I am not saying the game wouldn't have been enjoyable, but I would have never felt comfortable playing Cole Hawk.
The ruin gameplay thing... Every one has their opinions about 3d gaming but unless you've done it I dont think you should talk about it by the "SOUNDS OF IT" gtfo. I happen to have a 3d tv and the motorstorm demo. With the 3d on all the short cuts in that level pop out and the pathways are easier to see... Ya know the whole depth thing. So by the SOUNDS OF IT" it enhanced my gameplay experience.
