This made me so excited, Star Wars: Battlefront 2 was one of my favorite shooters (alongside Nightfire) last gen.

Oh, it's the end of a year in video games that had something for everyone? We'd better celebrate by bitching, whining, and nit-picking about every game that was not beyond perfect.
Really makes me feel optimistic.
I owned the game for a month and played it for a fair chunk of that time. So trust me, I explored and got my money's worth out of it. You have to admit that certain parts of the game were travel to A, cutscene telling you to travel to part B on the other side of the game, do something there for 10 minutes, travel back to A. ANY open world game has missions like that: GTA, RDR, etc. I just found some of those in Assassin's Creed 3 to be a little tedious.

It is a GREAT game. I preordered it for Christ' sake. Just saying that after you play it for a while and you get to stuff that's like "go to the top left corner of the frontier where there are NO fast travel points. Then spend the next 30 minutes going back to Boston. Okay, now back to the hardest to reach part of the frontier!" it can get a little frustrating. Then again, even other great games (like the end of Red Dead Redemption, anyone?) can have tedious parts like that....

Only an hour's worth of content in a whole DLC pack? I personally don't think that's very good. I know there's skins too but let's be honest no one really buys skins (unless you play LoL).
Kinda glad I traded my copy in while it was still worth $30 and got some other games. Don't get me wrong, AC3 is great and a decent length. But there really isn't much replay value and apparently the DLC isn't that good, either.

I know about the Black Friday bundles and the holiday deals and all that jazz. If you look at the sales over that weekend it obviously did help.
I guess what I meant was that if the Vita were doing so badly then sales would be decreasing; which they're not. So whether it's sales, promotions, advertising, or word of mouth as long as there's a 1:1 ratio for purchases each week that's acceptable (for now) in my eyes.
What I want most is less articles like this, more concrete facts, and for everyone to be patient for the next 5-12 months until the consoles are released.
OH, and not seeing thousands of articles bitching about the new consoles/games once they're announced would be great. I've seen enough of that lately with the Vita/Wii U. More so with the Vita.
