Random thought, although somewhat on topic: how's the instant games collection gonna work with no back catalog? :/ I don't have the money for picking one up on day one anyway, but for the people who are and with the rumors of PS4 not being backwards compatible; what's up with that?
What happened was I'm trying to convince myself to pay $60 so I can play Halo 4 and Black Ops 2 online when I just paid $50 and got 20+ games for free...
I'm okay with paying for Xbox Live Gold but I'm about to get Battlefield 3 for my PS3 so it's hard to convince myself to pay for Live when I may not have time to use it. Although I did just get Halo 4 and Black Ops 2, don't wanna waste those.
/personal rant over
Edit: I ...
@theWB27: Well, Hello Kitty: Island Adventure of course!
(Hardcore gamers only) :P
You talkin smack about papa bear?
On topic: I don't really watch the show. But yeah, video games don't cause mass murders in my eyes.

I disagree (although I won't click it). I didn't get into multiplayer until I went underground and I have to say, experiencing a vast open world all by yourself (and a few cloth creatures) gave a surreal feeling of living life on your own, kind of a "everyone's on their own journey" metaphor. Then when someone joined me I worked my way up that tower building what felt to be a strong relationship.
After all of our har...
Vita, The Last Guardian, Twisted Metal, and "limp fall lineups from Sony and EA".
A disappointment article AND a Kotaku article?! Dear god, this will be bad.
You have to remember the masses were allowed to vote. And if I may quote whoever it is who said this, "the masses are asses". I think we should take that in the sense they are fools.
Although, I do agree with most of the other platinum awards. I must say, Golden Abyss was fantastic and had some gimmicky parts, but I honestly didn't find them that bad. A true showing of console quality on the go.
I hope you all realize my post was saying nothing good or bad about Call of Duty. It was vague for a reason. I'm just personally tired of the whole "cod blows" "cods awesome" "battlefield sucks" "infinity ward is (insert insult here)" debacle.
THERE IS NO POINT TO IT. Be happy! They haven't gone downhill, they've just evolved and garnered a wider audience (some may say shorter, too. Since it consists of a fair amount of 12 y...
Hold up, people cheat in video games?
What a revelation. /s
Idgaf. I'll probably buy it, don't really care right now. Some will say "rehashed" others "new aspects of gameplay". We'll all buy it if we feel like it and won't if we don't.
In other words, move on people. Not just from this article, but from the overall debate. I think a lot of people are getting tired of it (the arguments), myself included.
Edit: to the people who disagree with me: next time I'll just post "...
War of the Monsters is all I ask for. Such a fun game.
This video is for the devs. If you put out a game that's not even UNpolished and then on top of that screw over the consumer in other ways as in when they can play, you're gonna get in some hot water.
I also hear fraud isn't a good thing, either..?
Edit: I didn't embed the video because it started at the beginning of a playlist.
And I'm glad Valve was kind enough to refund everyone, great company.
Oh sh*t, didn't realize there were other people here, I guess I'll put my pants back on...
It happens to everyone. I just got a PS3 and a plethora of games but for some reason it's taking me a while to get through them all. Nearly done with A Crack in Time and it's a great game, but I'm so hyped for Dark Souls, Mass Effect 3, Battlefield 3, The Walking Dead, Uncharted 2 and 3, etc. etc. etc. that I'm not really enjoying it. I'm not necessarily rushing through it but I promised myself this wouldn't be another backlog so it just feels like work grinding throug...
Please, state the obvious.
First thing: Sound Shapes is GREAT, but I don't think "Best Handheld Console Game", personally. Especially considering it's also on PS3...
And LBP Vita is NOT a port. I thought journalists were supposed to go to college? Oh, wait... GAMING journalist, makes more sense.
God, I hate that.
And yeah, I mean sex with no orgasm. Happened last time. So frustrating.
Players wouldn't be connected enough with the protagonist like we were with Shepard after three games. They wouldn't consider it, especially after creating a whole new world. They'll reuse it.
Edit: I find it sad that I can comment on this without even playing ME3 yet. I really want to, but after every fanboy on day one ruined the ending for me, ME2's legacy seems too sweet to spoil.
It would be connected to your PSN ID/Gamertag. Therefore, just retrieve that and you're all good. :)
On the other hand; I still don't effing want that lol. Online passes are bad enough. Registering games sounds horrible. The only time I trade in games is when I've played the hell out of it and some place offers great deals (like Gamestop just did with the 200%+ values), so it doesn't effect me hugely. But say average Joe over here spends $60 on a game day one ...
