xmb is faster, and simpler, although nxe is shiny and in the beginning feels cooler, it end up as a maze.
but even mazes will turn easy if you practice them.

it isn't really underrated.
if you compare gta4 to its predecessors you will see that for gta, it was bad.
if it was a new game, or first gta in 3d world, everybody would love it.
but, for a game that follows the footsteps of san andreas, it was so bad that only reason it isn't hated is a couple of things here and there.
like a cool graphic, some nice voice actings.
many things went wrong with it
many ppl talk about it being bad or shits like that.
but they are all just noobs who can't handle a real battle.
it is by far, the greatest online 3rd person shooter i have ever played.
it is really well built, but if you have many laggers the game will be ruined for you.
with that said.....
we PS fans didn't get over ff13 easily, i mean, we (me definitely included) would burn down all MS' buildings around the world, just to stop it from happening, if we could.
