They do it for the hits. I'm sure they know half their headlines are ridiculous. It's part of the reason you don't see their stories on this site anymore unless another site is reporting their stupidity.
Valve came out of nowhere and turned PC gaming around in a positive way. I can't claim to know enough about the industry to say they will succeed, but I feel that if anybody has a chance of succeeding, it's Valve.
I expect them to be shiny.

The Steambox isn't meant for PC gamers. It's meant for console gamers intimidated by the idea of PC gaming.

It's dumb, I agree. However, the reason you see digital console games on par with retail store prices is because they don't want to compete. It's different for PCs because most PC sales are digital anyway.
It taught me to keep my hopes low for Resident Evil games.
Maybe. The ones we got in Diamond/Pearl and Black/White are ugly for the most part compared to past generations. My hopes for X/Y aren't too high. The games are fun so I'll get it. I just wish they put more effort into creating these Pokemon. Or at least hire more capable artists.
I don't even understand why it's lacking. It should at least have all the Wii Virtual Console games on the eShop. I get that they were meant to be played on the Wii, but do we really need to emulate the Wii to emulate other emulators? I'm sure they could have made some for the Wii U.
Also, the eShop's UI is horrible.
I don't mind new Pokemon, but the new ones look so....ugly. I wish they would spend time making cool looking Pokemon.

I feel very sorry for the families and friends who lost somebody in the incident. It's a tragedy, yes, but burning games isn't going to prove anything. Gaming as a whole wasn't responsible. Perhaps poor parenting was and video games is an easy scapegoat. If you allow a video game to manipulate you to do something like this, you have some serious mental issues.
Seriously, who cares? Let people have same sex romances. If it bothers you, then don't go around seducing guys in SWTOR. It's not like Bioware of shoving it down everybody's throat (lol).

It is. Works great on PC and the PS3. It just sucks on the 360 for some reason.
