I'd love to play some of the current gen console only games in 1080p, 60fps, and less pop in. Maybe even tweaks to lighting and higher res textures.
Duh
Shouldn't have released it on the worst possible system for an MMO. I'm not trying to hate on the Wii, but it's true.
They should announce the delay ahead of time for when they port it to the PS3/360/PC/Vita/3DS/SNES. Zing! jk, guys.
I hope so. I enjoy MMORPG games, but I get a bit tired of hearing every developer telling us how different their MMO will be, but it ends up being like every MMO. I blame the publishers and higher ups, forcing developers to keep their MMO streamlined, but still...
Clearly you don't.
Only three I'm looking forward to are:
Phantasy Star Online 2
Elder Scrolls Online
Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn
Just like SWTOR? I'll wait till I get my hands on it before getting hyped.
I believe I remember reading somewhere that Sony and Microsoft require games to have added content if they get ported after being released on another console.
Maybe that has something to do with it. If it does, then I guess Ubisoft didn't want to waste money on added content.
Oh it'll come. It'll be out for iOS and Android if they could make it happen. The only system it won't come out for is probably the Wii U.
That's a whole new low. I bought a Wii U back in November...I'll be getting Monster Hunter for it along with a duster to get rid of all that dust on my Wii U. Might even go as far as buying a Swiffer to bring the shine back.
"Additionally, Wynands noted how “a high budget Wii U game” hoping to sell “millions” has only sold “tens of thousands” thus far. It’s unclear which game was being referred to, but “It is one of the top rated games for the platform.”"
Which game do you guys think this could be?
It's said to be 20% bigger than Skyrim. Being as big as Skyrim alone is such a big jump from Witcher 2.
What exactly does the Public Relations Manager do?
I'm going with the Wii U version as well. That demo was amazing and it made really good use of the pad.
I'll never understand that part of the gaming community. They want developers to make all these great games, but get upset when developers try to get the funds to do so...which in this case, is making a game multiplatform to sell more copies.
If you feel that the Wii U version is superior, then buy it. Nobody is stopping you. Let other people enjoy it on their favorite system, too.
That's true. Gamestop has been around for quite some time and their primary income comes from used games. Imagine taking that piece of the pie away from Gamestop? I'm sure publishers would get a lot more money coming in. More money = more games.
It depends on the games
I wish they were localizing it. Hopefully they mention something about an overeas release.
Dragon Quest X needs a localization mission
