Obviously, but I'm talking about console wise. Most things available on consoles were on PC and other devices first anyway, lol.
Didn't Kinect mimic the PSeye (ps2)?
Honestly, I'd rather look forward to a new game that might disappoint me (or not) than to an old game that disappointed me.
All the developers I like are there. Good :)
Definitely the biggest disappointment to me.
We already get annual FF games.
Yes
As a huge DQ fan, I don't think it will make too big of an impact. Reasons being:
1) It's been out for a while on the Wii
2) It's an MMO...something not normal for the series. It may not attract a lot of the current fans.
3) People don't seem to happy with DQX based on the Amaazon.jp reviews. I could be wrong.
FFX HD isn't a remake. They seem to be slowly remaking all their FF games in order with FFV being the next remake...possibly on iOS after seeing that trailer for FFIV on iOS.
If it works as well as Netflix then that would be great. If it works as badly as OnLive...then I will steer clear from it.
Bad parents love to point the finger at everybody but themselves.
I bet they will give these away as a promotion on Wednesday when it gets announced that Versus XIII will be a PS4 title :)
I just wish the UI was more straight forward. When you enter the eShop, you to see the recent releases being advertised. Then you see a navigation bar on the side, top, or bottom with something similar:
- Recent releases
- Retail games > broken down alphabetically or by genre
- Demos
- Apps..Google Maps, Netflix, etc
- Virtual Console (in the future) > broken down by console
- Recommendations
- Top Downloads
I like the Wii U, but some of the problems (imo) it faces are:
- Lack of games
- Digital purchases tied to console. Not account
- eShop UI really sucks. It's a puzzle on its own to navigate.
- MiiVerse is a nice idea, but they are too strict on it. I get they want to protect the kids, but the kids aren't the only ones using the Wii U. I'm sure a majority of people using it are mature enough.
- On top of there not being a good select...
Oh snap! Time to get one now. Plus with Monster Hunter around the corner, I'll get even more use out of it.
PC price =/= console price.
I'm primarily a PC gamer, so don't go thinking I'm against PC gaming! However, I'm sure it would cost over $300 to get a PC can run games on par with the Wii U - graphically and at a decent framerate.
It was confirmed that the $199.99 model will include a 4GB memory card?
Edit: Nice! Thanks for the response. I hope they include a PS+ with purchase...it could at least tie me over till Soul Sacrifice comes out if I get one.
I'd love to see a sequel to it with different themed worlds than what we're so used to seeing...or return of old ones like the dinosaur world from Super Mario World. That with high quality graphics, amazing textures, more unique bosses, etc.
Perhaps they are experimenting with it to see if they can get it up to par with the other versions.
Hell no. The PS4 controller is beautiful.
