FFXIV is an MMO. It uses up a lot more resources than other kinds of games. So no.
Great game indeed. The story is interesting as expected and the characters are all pretty unique and likable.
I agree. Squaresoft was a great company, of course, but Square-Enix is even better, imo.

It's an AMAZING JRPG, but I've enjoyed other JRPGs more. Some of those are:
Shin Megami Tensei IV
Persona 4
Ni no Kuni
Dark Souls

I'm glad he's at least considering it now. I recall way before ARR launched, Yoshida said he would rather shut the game down than go Free to Play...or something along those lines. Not that ARR needs to go F2P, but it's good they would go F2P many years down the road rather than just outright shut the game down.
I do. I own the black 32GB model along with Monster Hunter, Super Mario 3D World, New Super Mario Bros U and the Luigi DLC, The Wonderful 101, Zombie U, Nintendo Land, and Sonic Transformed. I also plan on getting Windwaker when it goes down in price.
With that in mind, there aren't many Wii U games coming out soon. There are a few, but not many entertaining ones. With diminishing 3rd party support, Wii U owners don't get the luxury of having a lot of choices. That...

I just got this game last night and I'm having a blast with it :D
And this is how you miss out on a lot of great games. Don't let other people make your decisions for you. Reviews are great, but you're supposed to read it and figure out what makes the game good or bad. You don't just look at the score and assume what's been said.

Man...I love Dark Souls because of the gameplay. I don't care of they cut back on gore, design, or the story. As long as the gameplay is good, then I'm still excited for it.
Not really. From what I've read and seen on Youtube, it doesn't feel like Skyrim for the following reasons:
- Chests are looted by any player that gets to it first and it has a spawn timer. You're going to see a LOT of empty chests because of this.
- Leaving the opening area and into the open world didn't feel amazing like Skyrim or even Oblivion. The open world area is small...at least the area outside of the first part of the game.
I really wish this felt more like Skyrim online. I hate to say it, but it feels like a generic MMO more than an ES game.
I wonder if they're waiting for the online multiplayer patch before announcing it for the West.

Yeah, but it's hard for me to want to buy anything off of the eShop with chance that if something happens to my Wii U, I won't get those purchases back. That's why I avoid buying anything from the eShop...unless things have changed in the last few months.
SE should release it on the Vita as well while they're at it.
