Platinum games are currently working on both Scalebound and Nier: Automata, I certainly wasn't expecting a Vanquish 2 to appear anytime soon. Still would be awesome though, the first one is great. And can people please stop calling the next Red Dead, "Red Dead Redemption 2"? Especially since it's now rumored to be a prequel the title makes even less sense.

Persephone offered to reunite Kratos with his daughter Calliope in the Fields of Elysium. This she did, but Kratos reluctantly abandoned Calliope and killed Persephone to stop her from destroying the Pillar, which would have in turn destroyed the Fields of Elysium and Calliope with it.

No, his daughters name is Calliope. Persephone is Hades wife and also the final boss in God of War: Chains of Olympus. You get to see Calliope in Chains of Olympus as well.
Disappointments? Sony could have ended the conference straight after the God of War reveal and I still would have been satisfied.
Never heard of this "Beyond Cars" game but it sounds like it would have been awesome. Hopefully we get a new Burnout game this gen and maybe even a followup to their PS2/Xbox first person shooter Black someday as well.
