After how awesome the PSP was, the PS Vita was a huge disappointment. Lowering the prices of the memory cards, actually releasing that Bioshock Vita they announced, a new GTA like San Andreas Stories or something and more AAA exclusives like a Vita Infamous would all have helped push the system. Sony is entirely to blame for the Vita's failure
We've been waiting for Agent just as long as we've been waiting for the sequel to Half-Life 2: Episode 2 now.
Edit: Not sure what the disagrees are for, Agent was announced the same year Half-Life 2: Episode 2 was released.
You have to download the patch first though, so there's that.

If the first Gears of War was a timed exclusive and did come out on the ps3, you wouldn't be thinking of it that way. It's only because Gears of War is an established Microsoft IP with 4 games now that you see it like that.
