Godo thing im covered till June 2012. Really, I dont know what im getting out of live anymore personaly. I never game online with it, the Netflicks app on PS3 seems to be better, and I dont give to craps about facebook and twitter functionality. I think Last FM is cool, but I dont us it enough to warrent paying 60 a year mainly just for that. But MS has made live feel like if you DONT have it, your getting a lesser 360 experince, so I feel I HAVE to keep renewing.
Cool, wonder if they improved Netflicks at all. Right now im considering making my PS3 my netflicks viewing device of choice if they havent.
Doubts the sales will match the launch though. This could be one of the biggest disasters in the last 10 years potentaily. Even if it sells well at launch, that dosent mean it still cant be a Massive failure.
Honestly, people act like 360 and PS3 sales gap is the grand canyon, when in fact the two are closer then probaly any two consoles weve seen. I mean, correct me if im wrong, but usualy 2 competing consoles arent this close in voeral sales numbers. I mean, even XBOX and gamecube had a gap of about 20 million or so between the two in favor of XBOX.
Well, natrualy hes going to think his is better because, well, he has to. But its nice to see him atleast recognize the competition as being good.
Itll depend on certain factors. 1. If kinect takes off adn becomes a big hit, forget about PS3 catching up to 360. 2. If 360 keeps outselling PS3 (and everything else) like its been doing the past 3 or 4 months, forget about it. 3. SONY needs to really do something to spark sales like they did late alst year with the Slim when they sold like over 2 million units in like one or two months. They gotta get that back. 4. they need a 200 dollar model of some kind I think. If they can out out a PS3...

Actauly it is. SONY only predicted selling about 3 million by the end of the year and there almost to that figure now.
I always thought Apple products were usualy pretty great or atleast really popular and the people who own them think there great.

Really the only ones who are going to wrap their head around this tech are First Party people, not third partys. Yes, I realize Insomniac is third aprty, but they might as well have been First party in the past.
Seriously, did Obsidian not send ANY PS3 review code to these people? All of it is 360 build only and PC. Which is not a good sign for PS3.
The more things get rumored or leaked about this thing, the more expensive it sounds.
