exactly, honestly I dont think Bluray was terribly needed this gen. next gen its a must, but this gen it dosent seem like that many games suffer from the 6.8gb limitation of DVD9s, or atleast they are able to compress it well enough there isnt any quality loss.
thats the wrong way to go about it if true. this all but gurantees that itll be really expensive, which is something this things cant be if it wants to do well.
huh, interesting. I thought 360s Exclusvie lineup was actualy quite a bit better this year.
I love how the results are basicaly you play as batman mentord by batman. We are a hero who uses martial arts and uses gadgets. Only difference is the hero can fly on his own, but then again Batman was kinda able to fly by grappling hook.
I personaly dont see it that compelling with Multiplatform because I think weve only seen a small handful of multiplatform games be multidisc on 360. basicaly all of them are able to stay in the 6.8gb limitation. So really, who cares? plus 360 tends to get them better still, so REALLY who cares?
As long as they keep em seperate, who cares. i really hope this dosent prevent the podcast peopel from talking mess about gamestop when its due. Probaly will though.
this year was pretty great for 360. you had the redesign, you had ME 2, Alan Wake, Fable 3, Halo Reach plus the great Arcade titles that came out. Plus it had Kinect, while regardless of wether or not I personaly care about it, is a hit sales wise. However, I dont think next year looks that great for 360. We only really know of one game (gears 3) thats Exclusive that we know will probaly be really good. everything else is rumor, unkown, or yet to be unveiled. plus since I play most multiplatf...
I thought this year was pretty solid for PS3. No longer are peple really doubting that its a big palyer in this console race. that said, as far as Exclusvies go, I dont think it really was that impressive to me personaly. The only one I really cared about this year was God of War. I think they did get a pretty big win with getting the ME franchise on their console as well (atleast 2 and probaly 3). But for me personaly I still think I palyed my 360 more this year due to its stellar exclusive ...
We no longer need a "year of the PS3". PS3 has already proven itself as a capable console, regardless of the rather small 3 million gap between it and 360.
I personaly could give two shits how well it sells. Its still garbage for my needs.
Hoping for news on that Crytek game.
I really dont get why Devs still do stuff like this PARTICULARLY on PS3. These devs complain "Oh, its too hard to dev for PS3" and stuff like that. Well, devs need to realize that WE (the consumer) could give two shits how hard they have it developing a game or how hard the console is for them to work with (harsh truth). We care about the end result and the product that we pay 60 dollars of our hard earned money on. Yet devs continue to treat PS3 like a second class citizen, when we...
There not to the extent that you should care about it really.
reviews are very positive, and itll sell millions.
how was the PS3 inferior again, atleast to the extent that people are creating petitions and crap like that? I played it on both, while maybe 360 looked better, PS3 version was perfectly fine. And honestly, is it really a common accurance anymore for the PS3 version to be noticeably worse?
Not sure how to feel about this.
umm, why was the PS3 version inferior again? Slightly lower resolution adn FPS diferences no one will notice? This is not a new thing. Why are they bitching about it now. This is hardly the most agregious example of a bad PS3 port.
this is kinda old. i downloaded this update like a week or two ago.
Splosion man for 2 bucks? Now I have NO reason not buy it.
But its not effecting your gaming that big right now. You arent going to know for sure which games had to be cut or not due to 360 Disc space and any speculation is kinda conspiracey theory. Im saying that its not a big deal because only 2 percent of games these days are being effected by it.
