But, as far as the other two goes, it's personal opinion.
Both look great, to me. Both have their pros and cons.

This game could have a perfect co-op experience if they do it right.
And, besides, there are plenty of 'single player' only games.
There's not nearly enough good co-op games, especially good RPGs.

Battlefield 3 looks gorgeous (on PC) but there are tons of games coming out..
And, in my personal opinion, one of them games will take GOTY, for me.
The games, that I'm looking forward to, that might be my GOTY, are:
Brink, Skyrim, Mass Effect 3, Gear of War 3, inFamous 2, Deus Ex, and LA Noire
I might be missing one or two..
But, anyway, I'll hafta wait to play em, first.
