I really hate how Apple has changed the meaning of "PC". Its PERSONAL COMPUTER, Macintosh makes them. An iBook is a PC, a Macbook Pro is a PC, et cetera.

I actually gathered a good bit of data on games beforehand, and none of my sources had Gran Turismo listed as a top contender. I filtered through about fifty games, too.
Alone In The Dark may have been survival horror, but at that time that particular genre had no official title. Resident Evil's original advertisements coined the term and it stuck; hence, the father of survival horror.
