If they stay on the safe side and don't change too much then it won't suck. I really don't understand why there are so many articals on why gears will suck or Gears will rock the game doesn't come out untill november.
I think gears2 is going to come out well but I want to see how this and Resistance2 will stack up against each other.

Extactly, the value of the ps3 keeps getting better and better, The quality of the software is expanding, more features are being added such as DTS HD-HR, DTS HD-MA for Blu Ray, the ps3 is now being touted as the best Blu Ray player since this update.

Think about what your saying, seriously if the ps3 sold 257K a month from just Blu Ray alone that's a scary. If the ps3 is selling like that just by Blu Ray alone imagine the sales of the ps3 with games like gta, gtp and Mgs4 in the mix.
Ok so there was a shortage that just shows you how much m$ can't afford to have another shortage, it barely outsold the ps3 this month.
I'm anxious to check this game out with my new DS3 controller tomorrow.
It's not dominating Europe but considering that the 360 had a year plus lead in Europe and the ps3 is only a million units behind the 360 is something to be acknolwedge.
In March there really wasn't a game pushing the ps3, I think if the ps3 doesn't come on top in April with Gt prologue and MGO beta it's going to be a bigger struggle for the ps3 than we thought. As of this year though, the ps3 has completely turned around and has been selling considerably well.
This is just America and gt prologue was released here 2 days ago.
Yea the console war is fun to follow too, lots of surprises and things to look forward to. Plus unlike any sports the console war goes all year round. I think I follow the console war more than I do my Lakers but it's starting to get close to the finals.

This is stupid, I just bought a DS3 which feels good by the way but I now I just say I have two controllers instead of one, in which I was planning on buying a extra controller anyways.
Gt prologue is sort of tricky to review, do you review like a full game or a prologue. If you give this game a high score, don't you want to leave some room for the final version. For example Gt prologue gets a 9.0 then GT5 gets a 9.2 it doesn't make sense. Gamepro reviewed it like a prologue and gamespot reviewed it like a full game that's why you will get some scores low and some may be high.
That's what I'm saying, just release in-game xmb and I wouldn't mind Home coming out in the fall.
Since it will be released in the fall this is what I like to see in Home.
