If price was such a huge factor, then the Wii would have been in trouble already. The Wii is selling because it appeals to the masses, it has first party games that sell, and YET it stands at $250.00.

Unless Sony is getting their butts kicked so badly that a pricecut MUST be done, I don't see why it should be dropped.
They've been doing well with the PS3 *without* a pricecut. Unless that changes, they should stick to their guns.

$399.99 sounds reasonable to me. Of course, it would be nice if Sony lowered the price to at least $50.00 but they're selling pretty well.

LBP (preordered), Resistance 2 (preordered), Mirror's Edge, Naruto, Valkyria Chronicles, maybe Dead Space, and Motorstorm: Pacific.
Sony will do fine this year.

Because 360 fans like to attack every single little thing that Sony does. Every siiiiingle little detail. And then the whole 'it has no games' concept gets thrown around even though this is 2008.

Well, aside from the Tekken 6 announcement, Microsoft's TGS was lackluster.

You know, it's actually an entertainment system you know. It plays games, music, dvds, bluray, can serve as a backup if your computer crashes, can stream certain programs...it has a lot of features most systems don't have.
