There are limitations when it comes to the space on the 360. If Konami was to port MGS4, they would have a difficult time porting it. Namco is already having problems porting Tekken 6 on the 360!
Because they're trying to be the next PS2 but they're going about it the wrong way.
Microsoft is only depending on 3rd party games and it's really sad because if they truly cared about gaming and their console, they would put a huge effort into making 1st party games. Most of the time, 1st party sells consoles, NOT third party.
MGS4 was the only exception.
