The E3 pics definitely look better, but as for how much better I don't know. That being said it looks great in person. Gonna play more here in a few prolly.
Picked it up day 1 for $37. Not hard to find deals everywhere nowadays. I haven't paid retail for a game in years….
Regardless even if I had paid retail Titanfall is without a doubt worth the $60 price tag. Its just plain fun. All that matters.

I paid $37 for titanfall and I haven't paid over $34.99 for LIVE in YEARS! So….for me……not even close to $120. lol
I love how most of this is comparison between night footage and day time footage, obviously that plays a part in it as well.
Gotta factor in compression for video via internet too. I think people are blowing this out of proportion.

Agree. I have no desire to pay $40 for that short of a game. I want to play it and it could be the best 2 hours of a game EVER, but that doesn't make it worth $40.

In my few short weeks with my Xbox One and my PS4 I have already owned more games for each one of those consoles separately then I have owned on my Wii-U… And I've had the Wii-U since launch…

I've always done my best to always save and save towards gaming. Love my next gen consoles (including Wii-U), still plan on playing 360 and PS3 for a while…and love my 3DS and Vita.
I don't see the point of liking only one brand. I LOVE GAMES! Just give me as many as I can safely afford. Luckily its hobby with the biggest priority! haha
I love my PS4 and my Xbone! Love that I was able to get a lot of great games. I can't wait to play a ton over the holiday.
I didn't read the article but read the cliff notes above…. That was the exact argument….I think you missed the point.
People don't buy their handhelds or consoles for the virtual console, thats just an additional feature. However, people that would never buy a console and had an iOS device may consider spending money on Virtual Console games if there were made available to the device they already own that does a lot more then just play games.

Gamers Club Unlocked at Best Buy also offers 20% off all "new" games (as in just not used). Totally worth it. I've been making almost all my purchases at best buy and Amazon warehouse deals now.
