i can do this also fire up gta 5 pc graphics set to medium/low screw up the draw distance the amount of peds even add mods to make it look worse etc.

Something to remember massive entertainment started this game back when they were making division 2 they went into actual development in 2017. So in a way this game was in dev hell as it took 4 years of full dev time to make it work.

That is correct games like gtaiv needed a xbox account for GFWL that needed xbox gold to play online it died quick. But this idea about mods was on fallout 4 skyrim for consoles it was successful there.
I like its always about that $10 upgrade but not the msrp at $70 also they have both listed last i checked so one wrong click you can get the wrong version.

Red dead 2 was great graphics wise along with the realism but that realism did cost us like the horse always taking our guns or setting our guns one way then poof its been reset.

It had a budget of over 1 billion hundreds of workers and 5 years + of dev time so yeah a pc version should have been day one and path tracing was done with a patch on cyberpunk so i would expect it in this game on pc.
Not 4k? for real its 2023 you have a supposed ps5 8k gaming beast or the 4k series x you should expect a graphic mode for 4k with 60fps performance mode.

car leaving scene street has no weight like the smoke from the car marks on the pavement even the car is all gta 5. The buildings behind this scene is also straight from gta 5
The scene with the lady out of the car the highway blurs out like gta used too when your driving to fast and the highway itslef is not very detailed the car meet scene is also like a gta enhanced mod with the walls/buildings.
