Take a look at battlemage and amd's old line of graphics cards the 6k series had been in the clearance bin many times.
But you do not need too on a pc if you're non 4k gamer 3 year old hardware will work for you.

If you have a 1440p/1080p monitor there is 0 reason to leave the 3,000/amd 6,000 series those cards are cheap with many years of driver support left and can push those resolutions for you 0 issues well unless you go below the 60 series range or amd's 6400

You can have both presentation and framerate pc's have been doing both for decades now 4k ray tracing bla bla yeah that is different but starfield is no maxed out minecraft with its seed tech with ray tracing minecraft uses seeds also with huge buildings but for years pc's can do 60fps on that.
I mentioned 30fps because back in the day we had hd consoles alot of users had sd tv's just getting into hd tv's so i get the graphics diffe...

The ps3 for its first half had systems that would only launch the game if it saw you had a ps3 controller along with a inhouse operating system and a real gpu/cpu it was way harder to run cheats off of along with the ability to make custom rooms.
Yes there were p2p lag switching then later on thanks to that dev kit leak cheat menus but for years games ...

Yep the huge issue with live service is they need paid players along with a reason to play them.
You forgot mobile market that also taps into that player base as well as the eve online style games there is only a certain amount of krakens/whales blind supporters compared to the amount of live service games we have its not sustainable math wise.
