I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure they said it applies to DLC as well...I would think it a bit shitty of them if that didn't include pre-order bonuses or special edition content.
Aren't most of the third party games on there going to be timed PS4 exclusives...given that the PS4 will actually be available to buy when the game is launched and the Xbox One...well....probably won't! Certainly for most of the world anyway.
@Mystogan wouldn't Deep Down be on the list for Xbox One titles if it was coming to that system? Don't see it anywhere.....
It's a bit of a PR trick as that 44% INCLUDES the 38% that are full Xbox exclusive titles. From what I can gather only 3 third party games have announced exclusive content so far (CoD, Battlefield & FIFA) - so that number is a little misleading as they are including a statistic already given to make it sound more impressive.
Looks like you'd fit right in with the majority! When are you moving??
Why is it another reason? Just says the OR will be at the exhibition - doesn't say it will be running on a PS4 anywhere. Although, admittedly, that would be awesome.
It'll be interesting to see if the game requires an activation code in order to get the content. If not then it's nothing more than an annoyance but if so - then they've rendered the resale value on your disc to nothing and have essentially found another way to enforce DRM on your software.
Be interesting to see if this is a one-off or if other games start doing the same thing.
Your friend's sister blows goats!
Have played them all up to now and 'Revelations' is actually my favourite one. Just thought I'd throw that in there (tower defence sections aside - but you only really have to do one of them).
It looks okay for what it is trying to be. I fully expect this to be on PS+ within the first 12 months.
You can never have too much of the Dark Knight!
A realistic feel? That would be pretty much a one hit kill then??
Feels a bit contradictory that they've artificially for E3 made it easier to kill people but want a more realistic feel for the finished product. Hitting someone twice with a sword would do a number on them...any more than that...NOT realistic.
Yeah, looks as though the release date has changed too - it was June 14th when I first saw it now it's July 1st. As opposed to it being available...well...today.
If they'd released this sub £99 they would have an effective response to the lack of backwards compatibility I think - but at this price....they got to be smoking something.
Does anyone know if this comes with the 'old' 360 controllers or if they have been redesigned too to match the 'One' controller? Surely the tech would be different in both - I just mean the look/shape of them.
Zavvi (UK) have this on their site for £400!!!!
WTF!!!

As with any major event I am fairly sure they will have had to have had their 'schedule' planned way in advance. Who was coming on stage and who was showing what - seems a little late in the game to be organising all this now; it should have been done weeks ago.
San Andreas sold over 17 million and look...no DRM!!! Just goes to show all you publishers out there that if you make something good and something people want it WILL sell and it WILL make you lots of money.
No excuses. Don't blame consumers because nobody wants your crap because these figures show we will buy your stuff in huge quantities if you can produce the quality.
You could do all that...or you could just buy a PS4 and play some awesome games instead!
I don't think it will be any different than with the PS3 and the only DRM will be in the form of online passes. What worries me though is a potential price disparity with the Xbone. If publishers don't see Sony applying enough pressure for DRM (with the current system rentals etc are more than doable) could they make PS4 games a bit more expensive at retail to make up for it or encourage gamers to go Xbox - where they would have more control??
Just a thought.
But it's a launch title...the retail version too....so it has to be out this year!
