Yeah, it's a wonderful game, but I haven't touched it since early January. R6:V has gotten a lot more play from me.
OH NOES MAH GRAFFIX :( :(
Seriously... as 1up said, Turn10 built Forza from the inside out. Graphics are the last thing to be fully implemented and tweaked to perfection, so keep your little d!cked pissing contests about your overpriced PS3 out of the 360 news.
Simple fact is that Forza 2 will have more online support, more customization and tuning options than GT:HD, F1 and Motorstorm combined. It's looking pretty damned good and it's not finished by any means...
It's not really a trailor, more like a teaser. 30 seconds of CGI isn't anything to get worked up about.
Oh goody, maybe now they can finally finish up Assassin's Creed.
Agreed. Also, did anybody else notice the movement sucked hardcore in the multiplayer demo? You'd stop moving two or three steps after letting go of the joystick. Realistic or not, it was extremely irritating and counter-intuitive.
I want this game.
Game rocks, simple as that.
A lot of it for me is that the classics don't really hold up well to time. Honestly, a lot of the games are too simple for $5. Nostalgia alone isn't worth the money, either.
It's all subjective, though. Some people have no problems paying $5 for a game I might have spent $.50 at the most on when it was out in the arcades.
They could do some great games with a light gun these days. I'd buy one in a second if it worked like those in the arcade.
I'd be hesitant to agree that we'll cross the valley within two years, but we'll probably get there.
Oh man, that article is just reaching for valid points. 4 of the 5 were "MORE MEMORY MEANS MORE IRON" and the last had absolutely nothing to do with the 360 version.
"Speaking of dull, everything i've seen so far of Forza 2 looks dull. When you compare it to GTHD, you know that GT5 is gonna pip Forza 2 in mostly everything"
Hahahaha, keep dreaming, man. You'll still be bouncing around walls and dodging a train of pre-set AI cars in GT5.
Forza is where it's at.
My 360 was the first out of the gamestop at launch and is running just fine. I don't regret purchasing at launch one bit.
I think it's pretty obvious that the reviewer has no imagination. There's plenty more to do than the 4 things he talks about. He made it seem that orb hunting was the end all be all of the game, when I really just feel sorry for him.
I thought it was common knowledge that GamePro is written for 10 year olds, by 10 year olds.
The 20th can't get here soon enough.
Good, WoW's a waste of time and money, anyways.
Well, to be fair you didn't specify PC "gaming", just the PC.
I'm pretty sure he means PC gaming, which isn't all that crazy of an idea. For the price of a top of the line video card, you could buy a 360, and that's just a small aspect of it. There's still driver/software problems that plenty of people run into when first trying to run games that some just don't feel like dealing with. I used to game exclusively on my PC, but the 360 does everything I want with video games. Sure the graphics might not be as good in a few months, but I could really c...
Eh, I don't think a video of a TV screen is an accurate way to tell for "microfreezes".
