Thanks for elaborating!
The chances that this game will just be a prettier(and probably not by much) version of the PS2 or XBOX game are pretty high, considering EA is behind the game.
There's also a REALLY good chance that they'll drop the ball on multiplayer, like they've done with every other NFS title since High Stakes.
As was said earlier... PC users get this content for free. Lame.
It's not 12 new maps, people... it's 4 new maps and a bunch of re-lit ones.
Also, the PC will get all of this content for free.
This is just the beginning. Companies are going to start charging for sh!t just because they can.
Problem #1: EA
Problem #2: Releasing it next year for PS2 and XBOX? Yay for games being ported upwards to next gen! *thumbs down*
Problem #3: It's EA
This is really good news. The photo mode for PGR3 was awesome and I'm hoping they'll give us more camera options for LiveTV.
I want Forza 2 so bad.
I mean, thanks for the info and all, but how the hell are the controls?
This is why micropayments upset me. You get a company that charges you for something just because the opportunity is there.
F#ck that, include multiplayer in the base price you stingy twats.
Ingame looks kind of crappy, but I'm sure the game is VERY early in development.
Opening the engine hood and modifying. That's just cool.
And dash view!
F#ck 'em, I say. Consentrate on the majority of gamers that will purchase your product and appreciate updates/support.
Good to know.
Blurry screens where you can't see a thing, uh... yay?
Aside from having to edit that first quote the majority of the article is composed of horribly written message board posts.
I haven't experienced once problem and am quite pleased with the update.
Er... isn't this for the PS3?
These should be free.
Awesome commentary. I think I need to re-play Halo 2 to get my story straight.
Well that was a mess of an interview.
It gave me a better idea of what to expect from the game, but it still looks too plain for me. Unless the squad-based action is really as important as he's making it out to be, I can't see myself purchasing this game.
These screens have been around for a while and have been posted on 360news before. Try to keep news articles, well... new.
Look at the later games for the N64 and the PS2, compared to the launch titles, those games were much more impressive.
As for Lost Planet, I was very impressed with the demo.
I like the stop-n-pop gameplay. It'll make for interesting multiplayer battles.
I'm really looking forward to this game. I think the stop-n-pop style of gameplay is going to make for a very unique multiplayer experience.
In other news, this article was horribly written. "Waste deep"? Heh.
