Yeah, a lot of people were beginning to think it had become vaporware. However, I've been keeping in touch with the team and the game is still very much alive. I hope to see some new media and what not soon.
I'm pretty excited for this game.
Yeah, I am still looking forward to the title. Im just sad I wont be enjoying it on my PS3. At least we still have Saboteur.
Just because the game isnt coming to PS3 doesn't mean it will be crappy. I am actually looking forward to this title as well Saboteur.
It's called the Unreal Engine and it's crap on the PS3

Great article. Loved it
For more details on the Iceland level and for more details on Resistance 2 in general, be sure to check out PSU's Hands On Preview here:

God that thing is ugly...lol
Agreed. I've had hands on time with both games and I'd say Resistance 2 is the better buy. However....Call of Duty World at War was a great game. It's like COD4 1.5. It ups the graphics, adds new features and perks, etc.
If you have enough money this holiday season for two fps titles, I'd recommend this as the second one to pick up.
When I talked to the Activision PR I got the worst excuse to as why the game was only having a beta on the Xbox 360 and PC. Basically he said that it was better for everyone to do the Xbox 360 beta and that they really only do it for server and connectivity data.
He also brought up the fact that most betas on the PS3 are first party. That Sony needs to change their mind on how they run things.
THis has got to be fake
Well but why would he assume it be 4 player and not 2? Or 8 player co-op like Resistance 2?
Then why didn't he say "hoping"...the way the preview is worded is that there will be four-player co-op. Or he should have just wrote "co-op" as co-op has been confirmed by Guerilla...just not the number of supported players.
The story is listed as a rumor, even though Gamesradar states it as fact in their hands-on preview. Gamesradar probably received information from Sony during their hands-on, which is why it's in their preview. PSU just picked up on it and linked to their preview stating that since the information is not backed by a quote from someone at Sony or Guerilla, people should take it as rumor.
Guerilla Games have already confirmed that Co-op will be added to Killzone 2, so the only thing...
The original Advent Children is 101mins. However with the extended scenes and all new sequences all together, it probably puts it around 120mins at least. Which is two hours.
Sony should buy them...lol
It's not really a slip. IGN posted those dates in their update a day ago
I know it's coming to Xbox Live. ;)
Killzone 2 definitely utilizes technology not seen in gaming yet, or at least to the level they do. Everything from lighting effects to rendering. The general scene for example shows high detail in the character models as well as amazing draw distance and effects for the back drop.
