...How generous.
Well, that certainly sounds different.
Funny video is funny!
Considering Blizzard's rep, probably. They're decent devs, but what about the other games dependent on always on DRM?
Nope.
If the XBLIG is dependent on blatant clones, then it needs to die. If it really is a safe haven for indie devs to spread their wings and innovate, then it won't die from this. If anything, it should open more people to indie.
I see what you did there- but the reason I picked DIII as the subject is because it is, at current, the best example. It's the one foremost in mind. That said, I also made sure to comment on the fact that other games with this sort of DRM are going to be useless in several years.
I appreciate your feedback ;D
I'd give a little piece of my liver for a Mirror's Edge sequel.
I disagree- the game looks like it's got a shot.
You noticed too, eh? I'm always afraid of what no connection could mean for OnLive users...
I didn't understand a word of that, but it looks adorable :D
This is an EXCELLENT article, I agree- people who play offline are going to continually get the short end of the stick.
What worries me the most? There will be no future for the Playstation 4 or the Xbox 720 if it's exclusively online. I mean sure- the machines will continue to exist. But if Microsoft decides that the Xbox 1440 is going to need the room taken up by the 720's servers, guess what? They get shut down, and the 720 becomes a useless hunk of plastic- your games will...
True, the Virtual Boy wasn't exactly terrible, just... Yeah.
LOL, I don't own one of them :D
This is either flamebait or was written by somebody who seems to enjoy Googling how to play Minecraft.
Hmmm... Depends on what Nintendo does with it. Quite frankly, I'm interested in it simply because of Pikmin- and the fact that it's back compatible with the Wii, which I held off buying (for a good reason, it seems).
I would buy.
I'll probably still be busy with Minecraft.
LOLOL but seriously, Halo has a really entertaining campaign.
Nice interview!
Huh. A confusing game, eh? The only winning move...
Wait, it's winnable? LOL.
I'm really hoping this game gets to go somewhere. It looks AMAZING.
