Well you knew it was gonna pull in some GOTY awards. I still think if it had anybody's name other than Rockstar on it then it would've been an easy 7 outta 10 and nowhere near GOTY conversations. Kinda reminds me of Kingdom Come Deliverance. Does some great technical things, tries to reinvent things, but in the end somehow feels empty and boring/tedious.
I asked how this would affect multiplayer games and someone said different servers for those with K&M, but wouldn't that give them probably only what? 20% of that player base to play with? If that. I can't imagine enough players will buy this to make playing only with each other worthwhile. Still very cool for single player type games and all those early access type games Xbox gets with game preview or w.e. it's called.
You're the only one saying it. You answered your own question when you said "well known series", why do you think it's well known? Its certainly not infamous so that leaves only one other conclusion

Yeah I'm the same way. The only open world game I've been into the past few years is God of War and that was a very linear open world game. Which I loved. I like feeling a sense of purpose maybe? Not sure. But I have to really try to focus myself on open world games to even get a few hours in on any given session

It's not even an article, it's a lazy "yeah so here's this guy's Twitter account". The damn series has always been political and diverse. Seems like just cause 4 is just just cause 3 but with "extreme weather!". Every time I see an ad for it or anything of that sort, the main draw they push is "extreme weather". I mean it's cool and everything but is it really enough to justify a brand new entry for 60$?

Doesn't break the immersion for me when I'm playing if I see/ hear a female so idc. And the reason sales are down is bc I'm sure ppl are waiting for bugs to get worked out and more content to arrive.
This seems along the same lines as a developer holding back game content to release it as DLC. The thing just came out and it already has a better version available

COD has one more game mode. COD has 3, BFV has 2. If you're referring to regular multiplayer, zombies, and battle royal. Cod has those and BFV has regular multiplayer and single player. 3 to 2. I would say you could compare them. Especially considering the regular multiplayer of BFV is a lot deeper than standard TDM(which is by far the biggest playlist on COD). All that said though, I would tell people who aren't hardcore fans of the series to wait a couple months, let the game work o...
