nope. it's like bad company 2. you're paying for the bonus content like DLC. means you get DLC for free. people who buy the game pre-owned do not have this online pass so they give this as an option if they want the DLC.

Very true. I actually found at one point the controller lag put me off aiming down sights because I wasted time aiming when I could just shoot from the hip. Even at long distance.
