Haha I knew it. People were discussing this years ago, and somehow they were able to predict it that far ahead of time. I might have to try out the new expansion, but Final Fantasy 14 should be my MMORPG of choice in the long run.

About time. Fat Princess was fixed within a week and Battlefield 1943 is still as broken as I've ever seen a game. I'm not touching the game until this is fixed. Playing with friends is almost annoying due to the mic and squad issues.

I hope Sony is spreading out their announcements. They have about 6 hours worth of great material, but they don't want to dump their entire stock of nuclear bombs on GamesCom alone. I hope that the PS3 slim and 3.0 update are announced this coming weekend, but things like Agent and FFV13 are saved for Tokyo Game Show. That way they win all 3 conventions in 1 year.
This doesn't come as a surprise. 3.0 WILL be out this year, and it will be a very big update. Cross-game private voice chat will be added among a few other things. I don't want to go into too much detail but definitely look out for the next big firmware update.
PlayStation 3 gets playable Joker. There's just no comparison.

That's the point. What's good about a game that is fun for 2 hours then boring indefinitely after that. AC was a bad game because of its lack of replay value.

I agree 100%. Some people might not like a stealth based game, or a really deep story, but there is no denying that the overall production values and quality of every facet of MGS4 beat anything else so far this generation. It IS the best game so far this generation.
It most definitely does. The best part? You can ONLY play them on the PlayStation 3. Everyone has a PC, and can therefore play most of the Xbox 360 games.
