I feel like my heart just exploded. I never knew I cared about video games this much. God of War is such a highly acclaimed series and I haven't managed to ever play it (except for GOW3 at E3).
I can't wait to platinum this one.
This is huge, huge, huge news. God of War is the only series I haven't played that I have been dying to. This is a for sure buy, and easily one of the best packages in gaming. I just bought MGS: The Essential Collection last week and have been playing the heck out of it on my PS2. I can't help but wish it was on Blu-Ray instead.

It's better than people think. MAG has good gameplay and addicting gameplay mechanics.
Forza 3 is top 10 but not #3. MW2 is more hyped and anticipated. So is Uncharted 2 imo.
I'm glad I'm not the only one who understands that they aren't truly "exclusive". Everyone seems to think gaming PCs are expensive or insurmountable amounts of work, but it's the exact opposite. Mine's less than $325, has more power than a 360 and can do a lot more. It is also more reliable and requires no yearly fees.
Depends how you define hit. A hit to me is just a great game. Demon's Souls is a great game. I'd rather a great game than a high-selling game.
Such an underrated game. This is going to be a sure RPG hit!

Crysis is the obvious winner, but I have no idea how Halo 3 got #3. That game is known for its gameplay, not graphics. Uncharted and Bioshock should be on the top 3.

Glad to year it. Yeah, the text chat rooms are underrated. They can house multiple people, and as you type the text shows up in the alert window on the top right. All you have to do is press the PS button and you're looking at the window. Connect a Bluetooth keyboard and rock out like it's nobodies business.
It's not "most superior". It is only slightly better. That is not worth $400 over the course of a generation.
Great game but I sincerely doubt it'll get game of the year. It's a rather short game and the challenges don't add enough replay value.
MMO charges make sense. If they didn't charge for the service they would lose money and go bankrupt. Guild Wars got away with no fee because it only had dedicated servers for the cities.
Not everyone is a child that gets presents every year, and you're still wasting $50 of your parents money every year. You could be getting a game instead. Way to justify something unjustifyable.
You can text chat with several people on PSN while in a game. XBL just has the voice chat feature. DEFINITELY not worth $50/year.
I know that. I have it on my PC right now (never beat it though). It is one of the best-looking games, but it doesn't look like real-life in these images.
