This is very good news. I'm glad for Insomniac.
This game is a king of next-gen platforming games.
I was thinking of this after reading some reviews. The new R&C has some new additions to the series which make it fresh and exciting, while keeping the core gameplay intact. I think they did a terrific job. I for one will never review based on innovation, because I think that's an inaccurate way of recommending a game.
As a PS3/PC/Wii owner, I'm not interested in Modern Warfare 2. There are too many great games coming out and I don't feel like playing a game that's so similar to COD4.
I can't wait for more content. I love what's already in but I'm craving more.
Cool game. I enjoyed it at E3.
A lot of us do care about games getting better. Hence why I'm not getting MW2. It's COD4 all over again, and while I'll admit COD4 was a great game, a rehash is simply not worth $60.
"Really no animator could animate enough animations to produce the same look that we've been able to do by mixing and matching, by layering animations on top of each other, by blending between animations even of different layers. And that really give the players a lot more control over what he wants to do that's not limited by our animators."
That's not arrogance, that's called talking about your animations/graphics in a video interview.
Hey, have you played Uncharted 2? If so you wouldn't say that. An animator sure as heck can't replicate Uncharted 2's animations. They are freeflow animations, not pre-rendered animations.
Uncharted 2 is unbelievable on so many levels.
More Crispy Gamer garbage. The reviewer was clearly an Xbox 360 fanboy. Read his profile for proof. The game is one of the top 10 highest rated games of all time, and it's the third game in my lifetime I have given a 10/10 out of over 350 games I've reviewed.
I gotta be honest, PC gaming isn't nearly what it used to be. I miss the days of StarCraft and Counter-Strike 1.3 - 1.6. Either way, I'm still waiting for a couple titles next year but I'll have managed to go through all of 2009 without getting a single new PC game...
Amazing deal.
I don't think those who care about sales really care about North American sales alone. It's worldwide sales that count.
Glad to see. The more AAA titles the merrier.
What an awesome week. I give it an A.
Sickk! I want this now!
There's over 14,000 people online right now. Not a bad number for a largely single-player game. I'm personally addicted to the MP myself...
The problem is that the really great games on that list are available on PC. Either way it's a great list but not for me.
Another day, another MS article that screams immature and insecure.
