I haven't been this excited for a FPS in a long, long time. The singleplayer and multiplayer both look legendary.
I don't think it'll sell well on the 360 platform. Either way, if Demon's Souls is any indication, Dark Souls will be incredible.

Oh, and the multiplayer portion of RTS games is in almost all cases (except for Total War and such) the most important part of the game.

Heck yes it is. I've been able to play well over $50 in games already, and I'm not even half way through my subscription. Every other week is exciting when I have no idea what's in store.

Crysis 2 looks great, but it's hard to pay attention when Killzone 3 is coming soon.
I'm into mature games and technology, so I'm getting the NGP day one.
Killzone 2 and Killzone 3 have better graphics than ANY other FPS on any console, period.
That's the great thing about PlayStation. There are TONS of outstanding exclusives ranging a variety of genres.
In terms of first-person shooters, I've owned them all including Call of Duty games, Halo, Team Fortress, and more. Killzone 2 is my favorite FPS so far this generation, and Killzone 3 is a huge improvement over that title.
