Atlus doesn't own the King of Fighters IP only the rights to distribute and publish KoF13 outside of Japan. SNK Playmore still owns the IP.

U mean Wild Arms 3, 4 and 5. 1 & 2 were on the PSX and 6 was never released on the PS2 and never been officially announced. Though I would also add Wild Arms Alter Code F on that list as well. But before any of those games they need to f*cking release Legends if Dragoons first.
so wait is lord of apocalypse for vita a port of the psp version or one made from scratch? if the earlier than that could be the reasoning for the price. though i can see a vita game being in the range of around $40. i highly doubt making the priority game card is that expensive, could be the reason why they went from the umd/disc format to memory cards.

That could be true but if a game heavily relies on it then what happens if it dies in the middle of playing it on the go? Unless your carrying extra batteries, your stuck there with a dead, bulky expansion and no means to play a game that needs it. Plus does it only run on batteries? It would be awesome if it worked as a charge station as well so you can charge ur 3ds and not waste the expansion's battery power at the same time.

I hope they don't alienate players because of this. I don't like fact that it uses batteries but chargeable batteries will cure the use of buying batteries. You kinda lose the purpose of the portability with the expansion. What I like about the 3DS and by large my DS is that it can fit in my pocket. I really want a 3DS but I would rather wait for the redesign.
so its pretty much the same as the original psp 1000 and i really never had an issue with the battery for that.
Katamari is perfect for Vita.
4 player 2v2 tag mode can make for one hell of an interesting fighting game tournament season and evo. imagine if you have daigo and momochi became a tag team, that would be scary.
Don't know when that will happen because when Sega acquired Sammy they also got the Guilty Gear IP. A new Guilty Gear fighting game is up to Sega not Arc System.
