It's actually not that hard, I can make the page look like it's about the Diablo III beta. A good photoshop doesn't require that much skill, which has its downside of course, cause basically everyone can fake a picture like this.
This is the first time I see this hoax. Even if I'd seen it earlier I would have known it's fake anyway. Cause that page is nowhere to be found on Battle.net. You can participate in upcoming beta's according to the site, but it NEVER said SCII, although we all know that will be the next beta.
This is definitely getting out of hand now. Reports of people wanting red stop buttons on games and such. When are they going to realize that games aren't the cause of every friggin' problem out there? Geez...
